of London to Borough Market, the oldest food market in London, Spitalfields Vintage Market, revealing its hidden treasures along the route including:

• Postman's Park, a quaint park with a memorial for Heroic Self-Sacrifice built
in honour of ordinary people who gave their lives to save others.
